At Comfort Couch, therapy isn’t just about what’s happening inside you—it’s also about everything happening around you. We hold space for the layered, complex ways the world touches your mental health: family, identity, systems, stress, and all the noise in between.

We offer therapy that’s curious, collaborative, and deeply human. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just not yourself, this is a place to explore what’s going on—without judgment or pressure to “fix” it all right away. Our approach is integrative and holistic, which means we don’t force-fit techniques. We draw from evidence-based tools, real-time insight, and your lived experience to guide the work.

We support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity shifts, gender and sexuality, and self-growth. Sessions are available both in-person (Mumbai) and online (across time zones).
